Each Licensee is guaranteed in writing the exact amount of Authorized Licenses that will be in a given area; or TradeMark Cabinets of Atlanta Authorized Licensees may even purchase the exclusive rights to the whole area, if it is available. This does not restrict the lcoations where work can be performed, the only restriction is on TradeMark Cabinets of Atlanta from setting up another Authorized Licensee in the same area.
